We share pricing on the discovery call. Two reasons: it depends on your case prices and on the area we'd cover for you, and we want to walk you through the structure properly before you see a number. The model is simple: you only pay when a patient accepts the treatment plan. No retainer, no monthly fee for our work.
We handle: ad creative, copywriting, Meta ad management, landing pages, lead calling and screening, patient qualification, and booking into your diary. You handle: the consultation, the treatment plan, the case presentation, and the dentistry itself. Nothing in between. If you want extra help with the case presentation, the Treatment Coordinator add-on puts our sales manager on-site to co-present with you.
Because our system is built on a deep playbook for veneer and Hollywood smile patient acquisition specifically: the creative, the screening criteria, the price benchmarks, the objections. Trying to also cover general dentistry or implants would dilute the results. If you do other treatments too, that's fine. We'll send you patients only in this category.
We look at two things. First, your area: whether it's still open and whether the patient pool fits. Second, your clinical capacity and case prices: is there room for the volume we'd send, and does the math work for both sides. We handle every step from ad to booked patient on our own, so the clinic doesn't need a marketing team, a sales team, or call staff. They handle pricing conversations, financing options and common objections, so you can stay focused on the clinical side. Used by clinics where the dentist prefers not to do the sales part. Pricing and frequency depend on your volume; we discuss on the call.
Two reasons. One: our ads, creative and screening sharpen on your specific data over time, so running two clinics in the same area would mean competing with ourselves. Two: it's the only way we can credibly promise our partner clinics to maximise their inflow. When an area is closed, it's closed; we put clinics on a waitlist if a current partner ever ends.
Roughly 10 to 14 days from signing to the first booked consultation. Everything runs on our side: our ad accounts, our creative, our team. The content showcases you and your clinic, but you don't need a videographer or a shoot. We tell you exactly what to film on your phone and how to do it, and it takes minutes. We prepare and edit everything from there. First booked patients usually arrive in week 2 or 3, depending on your area.
